Custom Baseball & Youth Team Uniforms in Columbia, SC

Heat-pressed jerseys, names, numbers, and team logos for baseball, softball, and other youth teams across the Midlands — produced on a Hotronix professional heat press for durability and consistency. Bulk orders only; perfect for season prep.

Hotronix professional heat press

Team jerseys are produced on a Hotronix professional heat press — the standard for durable, high-quality team apparel. Names and numbers hold up to a full season of practices, games, and washes.

Bulk team orders, not single jerseys

This service is built for full team orders: 12 jerseys for a Little League squad, 25 for a school team, 30+ for a tournament club. The setup, pricing, and process are tuned for groups, not one-off orders.

Coaches, plan ahead for the season

Most team orders take 2–4 weeks from approved roster and design to finished jerseys. Reach out at the start of season planning so everyone has their uniform on opening day, not three games in.

Also great for golf tournaments and business runs

Heat-pressed jerseys, polos, and t-shirts work just as well for golf tournament teams, charity runs, business events, and any other situation where you need 12+ matching shirts with names or numbers fast.

How an appointment works

  1. 1

    Roster, design, and budget

Share your team roster (player names and numbers), the design or logo, the jersey or shirt style you want, and your season start date. We'll talk through options and budget.

  2. 2

    Source the garments

We can source jerseys, polos, or t-shirts in the brand and color you want from our wholesale partners — or you can supply your own. Bulk garment sourcing typically gets you better per-piece pricing.

  3. 3

    Heat press and deliver

Names, numbers, and logos are heat-pressed on a Hotronix professional press in our Devine Street studio. Most team orders take 2–4 weeks from approved roster to finished uniforms — plan ahead for opening day.

Pricing & turnaround

Team uniform pricing is per piece and depends on the garment, the number of decoration locations (front logo, back name, back number, sleeve logo, etc.), and total quantity. Larger team orders earn better per-piece pricing. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks from approved roster to delivery — sometimes longer during peak season — so reach out at the start of season planning.

Baseball teams at schools and local leagues often need names, numbers, and logos added to uniforms, warmups, and hats. Clever Orchid works with coaches and team coordinators to provide embroidery that is consistent across all players.

Unified look for players and staff

Shirly can embroider team names, player names, and certain logos on jerseys, pullovers, and caps. The goal is a clean, readable look that stands up to frequent games and washes.

If you are responsible for uniforms for a baseball team or club, you can reach out to schedule a time to review your garments, artwork, and timing so the season starts with everything ready to go.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do single jerseys or only full team orders?

This service is built for full team orders — typically 12+ jerseys at a time. The setup, sourcing, and per-piece pricing only work well at team-order quantity. For single personalized jerseys, our embroidery services may be a better fit.

What's the minimum team size?

Most teams are at least 10–12 players plus coaches. Smaller orders are sometimes possible but the per-piece pricing is significantly better at typical team sizes (15–30+ pieces).

Why heat press instead of embroidery for team uniforms?

For names and numbers on jerseys — especially in larger sizes and bold colors — heat press on a professional Hotronix machine produces a clean, durable, consistent result that's well-suited to athletic wear and the realities of youth sports laundry. It's also more cost-effective for the larger letter and number sizes typical of team uniforms.

How long does a team uniform order take?

Most team orders take 2–4 weeks from approved roster and design to finished jerseys. Sometimes longer during peak season (spring baseball season fills the schedule). Reach out at the start of season planning so everyone has their uniform on opening day.

Can you source the jerseys for us?

Yes. We work with quality wholesale apparel suppliers and can recommend baseball jerseys, softball uniforms, polos, or t-shirts in multiple price ranges, brands, and fits. Sourcing through us typically gets you better per-piece pricing than buying retail.

Can you also do golf tournaments or business event shirts?

Yes — heat-pressed polos and t-shirts work great for golf tournaments, charity runs, business events, and any situation where you need 12+ matching shirts. Same process, same lead times, same supplier sourcing.
