If you already have a logo or graphic, you can email it ahead of your appointment or bring a high-quality print to your visit. Shirly will review the artwork with you and talk about how it will translate to thread. Fine lines, gradients, and tiny details often need to be simplified or adjusted so they read clearly when stitched, especially at smaller sizes. For clients starting with an idea rather than finished art, we can help refine text layouts, choose fonts that sew nicely, and build a design that looks professional and balanced. This is especially important for uniforms, graduation stoles, and items that will be photographed or seen by many people. The custom design process may include test stitch-outs on similar fabric to confirm how the design behaves under the needle. Adjustments to density, underlay, and pull compensation are made so the final result looks smooth and is built to last through wear and washing.
